Illinois-based specialty insurance company Corp has entered into a teaming agreement with Recreation Insurance Specialists (RIS) to underwrite recreation vehicle (RV) insurance for RIS.
As part of the agreement, the RLI will write liability and physical damage coverage for RIS' motor homes, travel trailers and fifth wheel campers.
To manage the new product line, RLI has appointed Eric Raudins as assistant vice president for Underwriting, and the policies are currently available through RIS and their independent agent partners.
RLI Insurance Company president and COO Michael Stone said, ''RLI's underwriting discipline and financial strength will enable RIS to provide their customers with outstanding coverage and service.''
Prior to joining RLI, Raudins served as chief operating officer for RIS, and also worked as Personal Lines vice president at National Interstate Insurance Company.
Raudins holds more than 20 years of experience in pricing, underwriting and marketing specialty personal lines insurance programs.
