Product Introduce

Robot Sampler and Labeller is mainly composed of industrial robots, label printers, calibration platforms, sample adsorption devices, label adsorption devices, label review devices, sample collection devices, electronic control systems, and special software. The robot uses ABB brand 6 axis mechanical arm and can flexibly adjust its posture And automatically complete the sampling and labeling operations.

How It Works

First, the system obtains the basic status information of the steel coil, the label printer prints the label, and the label peeling and recycling device separates the label and waits for the robot to use the label suction disc to remove it.

The equipment cuts the steel coil samples and sends them out of the production line through the roller table. According to the sample in-position signal, the robot is started to suck the samples onto the sample correction platform.

Put the template into the calibration platform. Then start the robot to rotate to the position of the label printer to suck the label.

The robot moves to the specified coordinate position and pastes the label on both sides of the sample. After the label is pasted, the robot scans the pasted label information and pastes firmly to determine whether it is consistent with the basic information of the steel coil.

The robot sucks the sample and puts it in the designated sample box, and returns to the initial position.

Specification

Operating mode

1) Automatic mode-the fully automatic program is triggered by the "auto start" on the operation screen or operation box. In the automatic mode, the robot system will execute the sampling and labeling actions in sequence according to the pre-designed sequence, without any manual operation.

2) Manual mode- zero return operation on the sampling and labeling robot system. The initial position of the robot is calibrated by using the teaching box provided with the robot. This mode is used for individual local operations, especially for testing and maintenance.

3) Emergency stop—Emergency stop is a safety mode to prevent danger or safety response given when the equipment fails or malfunctions. In the emergency stop state, the device operation is locked.

Advantage

▲ The system adopts modular design, which can be flexibly arranged to meet the personalized needs of users

▲ High positioning accuracy and fast running speed

▲ The key parts adopt high rigidity structure, longer service life, the label content is diverse, support numbers, letters, Chinese characters, logo, barcode, QR code, etc.

▲ With automatic review function of labeling content

▲ Reasonable design, both efficiency and safety, to ensure long-term stable use;

▲ Different working modes include fully automatic mode, manual mode and emergency stop mode.
