1. Products Introduction
PVC Compact ball valves is on/off valve, the design is very simple but effective. The size can be offered from ½" through 4" diameter. Connection styles are either socket or threaded. The pressure is suggesting to operate under 150PSI. Sanking PVC compact ball valves can be widely used in civil application to meet most needs of liquid. For this item, besides PVC, we also provide PVC-C as requested.
The Sanking team is the first company in China to use CNC to process the ball sphere, which is guaranteeing the roundness of sphere. To ensure the leak free after long-term usage, Sanking's PVC compact ball valve use a CNC machined sphere and double O ring valve stem. This design, coupled with the ergonomic replaceable handle, not only has the excellent sealing performance of the product, but also makes the products less torque and convenient for operation and usage. To extend the life of the PVC compact ball valve, Sanking team is using the material which is the nano-modified added with anti-ultraviolet absorber and anti-oxidant to improve the product's pressure resistance, impact resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance.

Q2: Can EPDM gasket be used for 10% sodium hypochlorite solution? What’s kind of valve can be suggested to use?
A: No, EPDM gasket is not workable, we recommend to use VITON. Strongly suggest to use the butterfly valves or Diaphragm valves.
Q3: Can we use the compact ball valve to control flow?
A: Yes.
Q4: Can the handle of the compact PVC ball valve be replaced?
A: Yes, it can be replaced easily.
Q5: How much pressure can a PVC ball valve hold?
A: PN10. Large size is not recommended for long-term high pressure, not recommended for use in granular or muddy media.
