Introduction
The Paper Slitter Rewinder Machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding of all kinds of paper materials. The machine mainly include unwind stand part and rewind part, with automatic setting of length and tension, also could equipped with EPC system to get better surface quality, Double-bottom roller drive the paper roll to get better hardness rewind roll. The automatic tension adjustment system could keep the pressure on the paper roll and the support nip constant. Its main purpose is to prevent the paper roll from unwind stand to the rewinding part being too loose at the beginning of the job, and it can control the brake device to apply constant tension while rewinding.

1. The Paper Slitter Rewinder Machine adopts a good quality brand PLC intelligent control system, equipped with an easy to operate touch screen, you can easily set the desired parameters.
2. We have specially designed the blade positioning function so that there will be no error in slitting, and the thick plate main structure can make the machine more stable.
The machine is equipped with hydraulic system for automatic loading and unloading of the paper rolls, which increases efficiency.
